| The Carolina Bay Nature Reserve includes 14 acres purchased by ALC and donated to the City of Aiken and 10 acres, including a central pond, already owned by the City. This results in a fully protected and largely restored Carolina bay and its watershed--a wildlife preserve located close to downtown Aiken. |  |
